How quickly can we get started?

Most practices are fully onboarded within 10 to 14 business days. The first step is a discovery call where we learn about your specialty, payer mix, and current billing setup. From there, we build your account, connect to your EHR, and begin processing claims. If you’re in a rush, we’ve completed emergency onboarding in as few as 5 days for practices that needed immediate help.

What does your pricing look like?

We charge a percentage of collected revenue, not a flat fee. Rates range from 4% to 8% depending on your specialty and claim volume. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no monthly minimums. You only pay when we collect. We’ll give you a firm quote after reviewing your practice profile on the discovery call.

Which specialties do you work with?

We work with over 25 medical specialties, including cardiology, orthopedics, mental health, urgent care, primary care, dermatology, pediatrics, OB/GYN, neurology, and gastroenterology. Each specialty is assigned to coders with direct experience in that field’s CPT codes, documentation requirements, and payer behavior. If your specialty isn’t listed, ask. We’ve likely worked with it.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. We work on month-to-month agreements with a 30-day cancellation notice. We believe the results should keep you, not a contract. Most of our clients stay because their collections go up and their admin burden goes down, not because they’re locked in.

How do we protect data during support?

All data is handled under strict HIPAA compliance. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, and role-based access controls so only authorized team members touch your information. We carry cyber liability insurance, complete annual HIPAA risk assessments, and our team completes HIPAA training every 12 months. Your patient data never leaves a secure environment.

What does the first evaluation process look like?

It starts with a 30-minute discovery call. We’ll ask about your specialty, practice size, EHR system, current billing staff, and the biggest pain points you’re facing. After the call, we run a complimentary billing analysis: your payer mix, denial rate, days in A/R, and collection ratio.
